Welcome to Tripathi Research Group
Tripathi Research Group at Medicinal & Process Chemistry Division of the Central Drug Research Institute is headed by Dr Rama Pati Tripathi, Scientist E-II
Research work leading to development of new therapeutics for oriental diseases, especially Tuberculosis and Malaria is being carried out at present.
Tripathi Research Group is composed of JRF’s and SRF’s involved in medicinal and synthetic organic chemistry research leading to their doctoral thesis.
Biological & Therapeutic evaluation of the compounds synthesized in the lab is done in various departments/divisions (e.g. Microbiology, Biochemistry, Parasitology) of the Central Drug Research Institute.
